Please note that the rate listed below is based on double occupancy. If the below requirements are not met, then this contact will be considered void, and the rates listed will no longer be honored.
In order to reserve services, a non-refundable deposit is required. The minimum number of deposits, amount of deposits and date that said deposit must be received by are indicated below. The payments must be made using our Online Payment Solutions system, we only except payments made by a Visa or MasterCard debt or credit card. We do not except prepaid cards, hotel/airline rewards, or any other type of loyalty programs.
Please note that if the minimum deposit is not made by the above-mentioned date - this quote is null and void, and must be requoted.
At times, additional deposits may be required for your arrangements and at times this information may be advised after initial quote or confirmation. If applicable, we will advise you as soon as we are made aware of this by the supplier.
Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure
Electronic travel documents are sent out approximately 30 days prior to departure.
The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.
A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. Tour packages are completely non-refundable.
If changes are requested after this document has been signed, it must be made in writing by you the travel agent and is subject to a $100.00 administration fee., along with all applicable fees charged by the travel supplier(s).
Please note that the tour details listed above may be subject to availability, local conditions, availability, and other factors. Although we will strive to ensure that the tours, accomdiations, transfers, meals, and other tour elements listed above are included in the final travel documents, and itinerary - they may be altered or removed if it is deemed necessary.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance is an optional. Clients are responsible for selecting to accept or decline the travel insurance at the time you purchase your package.
Insurance can be purchased with the package and can be added up to within 10 days you purchase your tour package. For more information on the insurance, please contact us.
