Main Info

Argentina is more than just Buenos Aires and its elegance that is revealed in its streets, its people, its shows, its lights, its nights, and its tango. The country has much to offer. For starters, it is Patagonia and glaciers. The southernmost spot in the world with its wonders. And, it is Ushuaia, Calafate, Bariloche, the Valdes Peninsula, or the Perito Moreno Glacier. A paradise of snow, glaciers, rivers, mountains, and lakes. It is the wine route in the Mendoza Region, framed by snow-capped mountains and filled with a seemingly endless number of vineyards. It is tropical, and a Wonder of the World: Iguazu Falls. It is a country of immigrants, historic revolutions, good food and drink, and, of course, afternoons of soccer. The land of the Gauchos awaits you..

Located on the west end of the Paraná River, the Iguazú Park is a huge tropical rainforest which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Countless flora and fauna species live in it. We will take an elevator down to the base of the waterfalls and stop right above the river level. From a 1,000-meter footbridge, we will be able to admire the majestic Iguazú Falls or go up an elevator to the Salto Floreano viewpoint. The Falls are one of nature’s most impressive achievements. The locals call them “Big Waters,“ but you’ll call them simply unforgettable as you explore the Brazilian side of Iguazu. Comprising a spectacular display of 250 giant cascades twice the height of Niagara Falls, Iguazu Falls plunges over hard granite to a gorge 260 feet below. Nature’s incredible power is revealed in the thunderous roar of crashing water, and in the magic of the rainbow-colored mist that rises from the cliffs. This is a chance to see a Wonder of the World first-hand.

Surrounded by a lush subtropical rainforest, we will find the majestic Iguazú Waterfalls. Its water volume and more than 275 falls places it among the most important and spectacular waterfalls in the world. On different footbridges, we will visit the heart of the waterfalls, appreciating them from different angles. We will visit the lower circuit, and feel part of nature, refreshing ourselves with waterfall drizzle. On the upper circuit, we will stop at various viewpoints, and then reach the balcony at Garganta del Diablo (Devil“s Throat). No doubt, this is the most amazing of all falls: water falls down from 80 meters. Note: Wear comfortable shoes and since there’s a good chance the mist from the falls will settle on your clothing and make it damp, so be sure to bring extra clothes and a lightweight jacket.
