DAY 1 | Arrival - Marrakech

Upon arrival in Marrakech, please proceed through customs and immigration formalities. After you collect your baggage, check your terminal number and then proceed outside where you are met by our representative for transfer to your hotel for Dinner and overnight.

DAY 2 | Marrakech - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate

After breakfast, head to Ouarzazate. During the drive, you will be crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the magnificent Tiz In Tichka pass (2262m). This pass lies between Marrakech Plains and the gateway of the Sahara Desert. then continue the trip to Ait Ben Haddou where you will enjoy visiting the spectacular fortress of Ait Ben Haddou, the iconic landscape immortalized in films such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Mummy, Gladiator, and Alexander. Continue to Ouarzazate for dinner and overnight

DAY 3 | Ouarzazate - Dades - Tinghir - Merzouga

Begin city tour of Ouarzazate with Kasbah Taourirt, a magnificent structure, built by the Glaoui. At one point in the 1930’s, Kasbah Taourirt was considered the largest Kasbah in Morocco and today is classified as a historical monument giving tribute to the Glaoui. Back on the road for your first stop in Dades, located at the edge of the Sahara Desert, where you’ll be swept away on your orientation tour by the magnificent canyons and breathtaking landscapes. Continue to Tinghir, a gorgeous, 40km oasis, which boasts one of the largest palm groves in the country. Enjoy walking at the famous Todra Gorge, a 300m wall, carved deep into the High Atlas Mountains. Continue to Erfoud the port of entry to the Saharan dunes and sits at the southern end of the Ziz Oasis. Known by the name of “the Gate of Sahara Desert”, it was built by the French around 1920’s as a French administrative outpost and Foreign Legion stronghold. This frontier town on the Algerian border has a definite Wild West (in this case, Wild South) feel to it. Fossilized bathtubs and moist, sweet dates are its current claims to fame, though it was once the end of the road and then overland to Merzouga, the heart of the desert, and serf the sandy sea on a powerful 4 WD Land Rover. Enjoy dinner at the desert camp.

DAY 4 | Merzouga - Alnif - Tazarine - Zagora

Enjoy an early sunrise camel ride along the golden sand dunes in Merzouga. Return to your camp for breakfast before transferring to Zagora via the Amazigh villages of Alnif and Tazarine. The road to Tazzarine sees almost no traffic, providing a scenic link between Tafilalet and Draa Valley. Aside from the landscape, fossils and prehistoric rock carvings are this region’s main attraction. The scenery grows wilder as you approach Tazzarine, set in a grassy oasis surrounded by bare mountains. Continue to Zagora, a small oasis town on the Sahara fringe for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 | Zagora - Agdz - Marrakech

After breakfast, enjoy the tour of Zagora, famous for its largest palm valley ond oldest villages in Morocco. take a stroll through the palm groves, explore the ksars and wander around the surrounding countryside. Stop by Tamegroute to visit the village’s famous library, which houses ancient Koranic scripts dating back to the 12th century. Visit the pottery section of Tamgroute then transfer along the Draa valley. Stop for lunch at Agdz(on your own). Head to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the magnificent Tiz In Tichka pass. Enjoy dinner at your hotel.

DAY 6 | Marrakech - City Tour

Today’s tour of Marrakech begins with a trip to the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, home to the minaret which has become a symbol of the city. Visit the Mausoleum and Bahia Palace which both host intricate and beautiful Arabic craftsmanship. Your next stop is at the Tiskiwin Museum (Maison Tiskiwin), which houses an impressive collection of North African arts and crafts. It was founded by a Dutch anthropologist, exhibiting artifacts from different towns and regions along the ancient trade route from Marrakech to Timbuktu. Head to the lively souks and bazaars in Marrakech’s famous medina. Home to many different types of traders these narrow and winding streets are bustling with activity and full of sights sounds and smells uniquely Moroccan. Today’s tour ends at the lively Djemaa El Fna Square which is filled with orange juice stalls and vendors, along with fire-eaters, mime artists, snake-charmers and street musicians performing at every turn. Following your visit, return to your hotel to freshen up and get ready for dinner in a local restaurant. Return to your hotel overnight to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Kech Boutique Hôtel & Spa

Located in the Agdal neighborhood, Kech Hotel & Spa overlooks the Oukaimeden Mountains and features a swimming pool and restaurant. It offers modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi and balcony with views of the pool and sun terrace.

Featuring a LED satelliteTV, all the spacious units at the Kech Hotel & Spa offer air conditioning. Each has soundproofing. A private bathroom is included.

Continental breakfast is served in the dining area. Guests can taste local recipes at the on-site restaurant. Room service is also possible.

Dar Bergui

Located 2,650 feet from the centre of Ouarzazate and just 1.2 miles from the airport, the Dar Bergui offers an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and traditional Berber design.

Accessed by a private entrance, all rooms are air-conditioned and feature views of the Atlas Mountains or pool, a wardrobe and heating. They are complete with a private bathroom.

A Berber breakfast is available each morning and it can be served in the lounge or on the terrace beside the pool. Moroccan cuisine can also be enjoyed in the on-site restaurant.

Madu Camp, Berber Tent

Riad Lamane

Set in Draa Oasis, this typical Moroccan-style Riad features an outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees. It offers air-conditioned accommodation, and a tented dining room in the garden.

Guests of the bed and breakfast Riad Lamane can choose from rooms with balcony, bungalows and tents. They are all equipped with a minibar and a shared bathroom.

A buffet breakfast is provided every morning. There are 3 on-site restaurants, each serving Moroccan specialities. Guests can either have their meals under a tent, in a traditional dining room with fireplace, or on the terrace.

Riad Lamane is just one mile from Zagora, and offers free private parking. The reception is open 24-hour and free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire bed and breakfast Lamane.
