DAY 2 | Lima City Tour

After breakfast, head on a guided city tour through Lima’s streets and plazas. Starting at the Love Park in Mira Flores, with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, and then heading to the Huaca Pucllana, ceremonial center of the Lima culture. Later we will go to San Isidro, the financial center of the city to visit de Huaca Huallamarca, ancient pre-Incan shrine. After this, we go on to the Main Square where the Government Palace and the Town Hall are located. We will visit the Cathedral and explore the San Francisco convent, built in the seventeenth century, to discover the mystery of its catacombs.

DAY 3 | Lima to Cusco

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco (flight not included, to be booked by agent). Upon arrival at the airport, a host will meet and assist you in transferring to the hotel and help you with registration. in the afternoon, head on a tour of Cusco and its Ruins: we offer a tour of the oldest continuously inhabited city in the western hemisphere, includes important landmarks of enchanting Cusco and also the nearby ruins of Kenko, Puca-Pucara, Tambomachay as well as the Sacsayhuaman fortress. It was once the center of the Inca civilization; modern Cusco is a delightful combination of Inca and colonial architecture. During the tour, you will visit Cusco’s Cathedral, Santo Domingo Church, and the Plaza de Armas.

DAY 4 | Cusco - Machu Picchu

Breakfast. In the morning, we will take a train ride through the sacred valley of Urubamba to the “Lost City of the Incas”, Machu Picchu. Arrival at Aguas Calientes meet your tour guide at the station and go for a buffet lunch at the El Mapi Hotel.Then, a bus takes you to the Machu Picchu citadel. Take as much time as you need to study these magnificent ruins. You have time at leisure before to return to your hotel in Aguas Calientes. .

DAY 5 | Machu Picchu - Cusco

After breakfast, do as you please with your free time. Rest or take another visit to the ruins. At the arranged time, return via train to Cusco.

DAY 6 | Cusco

After breakfast, we will take a Full Day Excursion to the Pisac Indian Market and the Ollantaytambo Fortress. We drive through the fertile countryside to the colonial village of Pisac. During your visit to the bustling marketplace you will have the opportunity to bargain with the natives for many different types of Peruvian handicrafts and jewelry. After lunch the tour continues to the village of Ollantaytambo for a visit to its impressive Inca fortress. In the afternoon return to Cusco.

DAY 7 | Cusco – Lima – Quito

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure to Lima. From Lima, take your connecting with your flight to Quito (flights not included, to be booked by agent) Upon arrival at Mariscal Sucre International Airport, our representative will meet and assist you in transferring to the hotel.

DAY 8 | City Tour, Teleferico (view Quito from 12,387 feet)

After breakfast, we will go back in time a couple of hundred years while driving around the colonial section of Quito and admire architectural monuments, la Compañia church, Independence Square, with the Presidential Palace. After it, visit the Cable ride down offers a spectacular view of the whole city of Quito. If the weather is good can be seen some main elevations of the Andes mountain chain such as Cayambe, Antisana, Cotopaxi, Pasochoa, Rumiñahui and the list goes on. Besides the beautiful view offered here is the Andean landscape, the cold wilderness with almost straight, flat road to the summit of Rucu Pichincha, Pichincha most visible elevation from Quito. Then drive up to the “Middle of the World City” (entrance included) where the monument that divides the Northern from the Southern Hemisphere will be visited. It was built during the XVII century when a French Expedition defined the precise location of the equatorial line.

DAY 9 | Baltra – Rancho Primicia

Following breakfast, you be transferred to Quito’s airport to take Galapagos flight (flight not included, to be booked by agent). Passengers are greeted by guides at the Baltra’s airport and transferred to the Santa Cruz Island by bus. On the road, you will visit Rancho Primicia which is a giant tortoise reserve on private property in the Galapagos. The ranch is located next to the national parklands. The tortoises migrate here in search of the cooler shaded area, water holes, and places to lay their eggs. Here, you will have the opportunity to get up close to these incredible reptiles. Primicia is an excellent opportunity to take some amazing photos of these gentle giants.

DAY 10 | Floreana Island

After breakfast, you will be picked you up from the hotel at around 8:00 A.M. You will take a speed boat and go to the “haunted” part of the island, Puerto Velasco Ibarra. You will also visit Remanso de Paz & Cueva de Sucre. You will stop at Playa Negra for lunch at local restaurant. You will also be given the opportunity to snorkel in Lobería where you can see sea lions, marine iguanas on the shores, and reefs of the bay. After snorkeling, you will return to Puerto Ayora. Terrestrial Wildlife: Galapagos racers (snakes), hawks, barn owls, rails, and three species of finch. Most notable is the Floreana mockingbird which is indigenous to this island. The Floreana mockingbird is now only found on two small islets of the main island. Marine Wildlife: White-tip sharks, large rays, sea turtles, sea lions, pelagic and reef fish, and various invertebrates

DAY 11 | Isabela Island

After breakfast, you will be picked up at 7:00 A.M. You will take a speed boat to the Isabela Island, where you will then sail toTinoreras Islet. The islet is named after the white-tip sharks known as “Tintoreras” which come daily to rest on the bottom of the clear water. You can also observe penguins, sea lions, and marine iguanas and go snorkeling with sharks and other colorful tropical fishes while enjoying the beaches of Isabela. You will have lunch at a local restaurant. You will also have an opportunity to visit El Centro de Crianza. Afterwards, you will return to Puerto Ayora.

DAY 12 | North Seymour Island

After breakfast, you will depart to visit North Seymour Island. Quite a small island in terms of land mass, Isla Seymour is definitely worth visiting. To explore the island, follow a circular trail roughly 2 kilometers long leading inland and along the rocky coast that will take you through some of the biggest sea bird breeding colonies in the entire Galapagos. Here you will find birds nesting, mating, and rearing their chicks all year round. Blue-footed boobies and frigate birds are the main attractions here. Since most of the wildlife and birds in the Galapagos Islands are quite fearless, it is possible for visitors to get an up-close view of the nests of many of the birds here, including the lovely swallow-tailed gulls and bright yellow warblers. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Location & Geography: North Seymour Island is located immediately north of Baltra Island, less than an hour from the Ithabaca canal. The small, flat island was formed by seismic geographical uplifting. Terrestrial Wildlife: Nesting blue-footed boobies and frigate birds, colonies of California sea lions, marine iguanas, land iguanas, swallow-tailed gulls, red-billed tropicbirds, and Nazca boobies. Marine Wildlife: Galapagos sharks, white-tip sharks, large rays, pelagic, and reef fish.

DAY 13 | Galapagos - Guayaquil

Breakfast in the Hotel, transfer to Baltra’s airport at 9:00 a.m., On the way you will visit Los Gemelos, formed by a series of eruptions when the islands were still active. It is the only place on the island where you can observe some species of finches and some endemic plant to this area. Flight Galapagos to Guayaquil. (flight not included) In the airport in Guayaquil, you will be met by our representative who will provide transfers to the hotel. In the afternoon, be ready for the city tour of Guayaquil. Travel along the main streets and avenues of the city, we will visit the Simon Bolívar Park, the Guayaquil embankment, La Rotonda with the statues of Bolivar and Saint Martin. We will then visit the colonial neighborhood of Las Peñas, where we can admire the magnificent wood architecture where every house is a work of art. From there, we can take a panoramic view of Guayaquil and the Guayas River.
