DAY 1 | Arrival - Lisbon-Santarem-Fatima

Upon arrival at Lisbon airport, you will be met by our representative.  Enjoy a panoramic visit to discover the city: the old quarter of Alfama, with the Cathedral downtown and its beautiful squares – Praça do Comercio, Rossio, St. Antonio Church – the historical quarter of Belém, with the Monastery of Jeronimos, the Monument of the Discoveries and the Tower of Belem (a good example of the 16th century’s gothic style). Continue to Fatima with a stop in Santarem to visit the church of the Holy Miracle. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel in Fatima.

DAY 2 | Fatima

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will visit the Sanctuary, including the Chapel of the Apparitions and the village of Aljustrel, where some of the apparitions (1917) took place. Follow the Stations of the Cross along the Via Sacra, ending at the Calvary Chapel. You will have the chance to participate in activities of the Sanctuary, watching a Mass, or participating in a candlelit procession during the night. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

DAY 3 | Fatima-Coimbra-Porto

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart towards Coimbra to visit the Convent of Santa Teresa where Sister Lucy (a witness of Fatima) lived for more than 5 decades. Continue to Porto: walk along Ribeira, a historic district with great charisma. Visit the magnificent Church of St. Francis, the Cathedral. On the other side of the river, in Vila Nova de Gaia, visit and participate in wine tasting in a cellar of the famous Port Wine. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

DAY 4 | Porto-Braga-Santiago de Cospotela

Breakfast. Departure to visit the city of Braga, an important religious center, where we will visit the famous Cathedral, the Chapel of São Frutuoso, the Sameiro Sanctuary (pilgrimage site). Departure for Spain, to Santiago de Compostela, the third most important city of pilgrimage after Jerusalem and Rome. Possibility of doing a small section of a few kilometers walk on the Portuguese road to Santiago de Compostela. Dinner by your own, and accommodation at the hotel

Breakfast. Departure toward Burgos: with its magnificent cathedral (UNESCO World Heritage site). Possibility of watching or celebrating a Mass.

DAY 7 | Burgos-Azpeitia-Lourdes

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will head to Azpeitia to visit the sanctuary of Loyola, where Saint Ignacio de Loyola, the founder of the Jesuit order was borne. Continue to Lourdes, one of the largest centers of pilgrimage in the Catholic world. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

DAY 8 | Lourdes

Breakfast at the hotel. Devotion to our lady of Lourdes. Visit the Grotto, the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, the Basilica of the Rosary, and Via Sacra. In the evening, you can join the candlelit procession. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Santa Maria Hotel

A 2-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima, this hotel’s modern architecture lets in lots of daylight. It features spacious rooms and art works by Portuguese artists.

Santa Maria’s restaurant lays nestled on the hotel’s green grounds. It offers regional Portuguese cuisine as well as various international dishes. There is a bar for drinks.

Guest rooms include air conditioning, minibars and bathroom amenities. The rooms have free Wi-Fi and soft, carpeted floors.

Santa Maria hotel also features a meditation room and hotel chapel. There is a terrace on the 4th floor with views of the sanctuary.

PortoBay Hotel Teatro

Hotel Teatro stands in the same spot where the old 1859 Baquet Theater once stood. Completely renovated with a contemporary design plus a refined and bohemian environment, this revived theater includes 74 rooms over six floors. Each room at Hotel Teatro offers an individual and modern design. The bathrooms are fitted with chic, modern fittings.

While the reception is the ticket office, the restaurant and the bar are the stage and audience areas. The on-site restaurant offers an à lá carte menu and the breakfast may be served in the room for a surcharge. In the evening guests can relax at hotel’s Plateia Bar and enjoy a varied drink menu.

Hotel Spa Congreso

All the air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Congreso have a flat-screen satellite TV and a mini-bar. Rooms come with a private bathroom with bath or shower.

The restaurant inside the hotel serves traditional dishes with à la carte menu and packed lunches are also available at the reception.

The spa is available at a cost and offers a sauna, hydrotherapy and massages.

Hotel Sercotel Corona de Castilla has a restaurant which serves traditional Burgos cuisine. There is also a café and a varied buffet breakfast is served daily.

All rooms at the Corona de Castilla feature air conditioning and wooden floors. They also include a private bathroom with a hairdryer.

The hotel is set just 650 feet from the Burgos Archaeological Museum. The historic center of the city and the bus station are a 5-minute walk away.

VIP Inn Miramonte Hotel

Rooms at the Vip Inn Miramonte Hotel have tiled floors and simple wooden furnishings. They include a private bathroom and come equipped with a work desk and satellite TV. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
