What countries are open?

Countries not listed below are not accepting tourists at this time. As more countries open up, their entry requirements will be updated below.

Even though there is a myriad of restrictions in place regarding international travel, many Americans have safely been traveling internationally since late last year. Several countries around the world are currently accepting US tourists, although, specific restrictions will apply depending on the destination.

If you decide to travel internationally, please be sure to evaluate the risks and understand the safest ways to travel.

Note that travel guidelines are constantly changing; you’ll want to check your destination’s official tourism website periodically before your trip. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as well as insurance that covers COVID-19 expenses.
